ulnar Malikkyzy Sembaeva is a graduate of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. She completed her Master’s degree in Philosophy (with distinction) in 2005. Her professional academic experience spans 18 years. She has served as Lecturer at the Kazakh State Law Academy (2005–2007), Senior Lecturer at Abylai Khan KazUIR&WL, Department of International Relations (2008–2014), and as PhD (Candidate of Sciences) / Acting Associate Professor at the University of International Business (2014–2022). Since 2022 she has been working as Senior Lecturer (PhD) at the Department of Philosophy, Al-Farabi KazNU. In 2010 she defended her Candidate of Sciences dissertation in the field of “History of Philosophy – 090003”, receiving her PhD (Candidate degree) in 2011. She is the author of more than thirty academic publications and around twenty media articles, and teaches specialized courses in philosophy, cultural heritage, and Kazakhstan’s spiritual modernization.
